Returns & Refunds policy

1. Consulting & Management Services

Fees paid for professional consulting services, technical integration, and administrative support provided by NextGen Consulting Group, LLC are generally non-refundable once the service execution has commenced, as specified in the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) or statement of work.

2. Payment Management & Merchant of Record Transactions

For payments processed by NextGen Consulting Group, LLC acting as a Merchant of Record (MoR) or processing agent on behalf of client businesses:

• Refund Requests: Refunds for products or services provided by underlying merchant clients must be requested through the primary merchant where the original purchase was made.

• Cancellation: Subscriptions or recurring services may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle by giving written notice as specified in individual agreements.

3. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a card chargeback or bank dispute, customers are encouraged to contact our support team at hello@nextgengroupfl.com or the underlying service provider directly to resolve billing issues amicably.
