- Contact information: name, email, phone, company and country.
- Client verification (KYC): identity and corporate documents of client businesses and their owners.
- Transaction records: payer name, email, amount, date, payment method, reference and status.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage data through essential cookies.
We do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes. Card details are entered on the hosted pages of PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
3. How we use it
To respond to inquiries; deliver and bill our services; process, reconcile and report payments; send receipts; verify clients and screen against sanctions lists; prevent fraud; and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. How we share it
- Payment processors, banks and card networks, to complete transactions.
- Service providers that host our database, automation, website and email, under confidentiality obligations.
- The client business whose goods or services you paid for.
- Authorities, when required by law or legal process.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We keep transaction and client verification records for five (5) years after the end of the client relationship, or longer if the law requires. Inquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (TLS) and role-based permissions in our systems, and we limit access to people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers store data in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
8. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to hello@nextgengroupfl.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your identity and respond within thirty (30) days. We may keep information we are legally required to retain.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed for the website to work and stay secure. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
