1. Scope
This policy covers (a) fees paid to NextGen for its own consulting and automation services, and (b) payments NextGen collects as Merchant of Record on behalf of client businesses (“Clients”).
2. Consulting and automation services
Refund terms are set in the applicable written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees for work already started are non-refundable. If NextGen cannot deliver an agreed deliverable, we will refund the fees paid for the undelivered portion.
3. Payments collected for Clients
The cancellation and refund policy of the Client that provided the goods or services applies (for example, a hotel’s cancellation policy). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are funded by the Client under its agreement with NextGen.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@nextgengroupfl.com with your full name, the email used for payment, the date and amount, the business where you paid, and the reason for your request.
5. Timelines
- We review requests within five (5) business days.
- Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- ACH refunds usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
- Zelle payments cannot be reversed; approved refunds are sent as a new transfer within 3 business days.
- Wire refunds depend on the banks involved; bank fees may apply.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback or bank dispute; most issues are resolved faster directly. If a dispute is filed, NextGen will submit the available evidence (invoice, booking or service confirmation, communications and the applicable cancellation policy) to the processor and card network, in coordination with the Client. The final decision rests with the card network and the issuing bank.
